Kenneth Ray Thompson

A Memorial Services for Kenneth R. Thompson, 76. Clinton resident, will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, October 27, 2023, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Doyle Kinney and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. He will be buried by his late wife, Patty in the Clinton Cemetery.

Kenneth Ray Thompson was born September 27, 1947, to Cecil and Claudie (Brown) Thompson in Elk City, OK and passed away Friday, October 20, 2023, in the Oklahoma University Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK.

Kenneth was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1965. He married Patty Cryer in 1970 and they made Clinton their home. He has been in the concrete and construction business most of his adult life.

He was a member of the Broadway Heights Baptist Church, he enjoyed playing dominoes, loved to fish, hunt and he loved to hunt and handle rattle snakes.

He was preceded in death by his father, wife, and two brothers, Terry Thompson and Roger Thompson.

He is survived by three daughters, Kristy Thompson, Kortney Thompson and Chauntelle Thompson, three sons, Matt, Chris, and Ernie Thompson all of Clinton, his mother, Claudie Thompson and sister, Brenda Hindbaugh, all of Clinton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and numerous foster children.
