Funeral Services for Marla Jean Big Horse, former Elk City resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 3, 2018 in the Clinton Indian Community Hall, officiated by Delfred "Bunny" Whitecrow, Jr. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A Traditional All Night Wake Service will be held starting 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 1, 2018 in the Elk City Indian Baptist Church. Marla Jean Big Horse was born September 7, 1961 to Noah Morrow Big Horse and Eleanor (Stoneroad) Whitecrow in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Friday, September 28, 2018. Marla was raised and attended school in Elk City. She married Randy Youngbull in Elk City in 1977. She later moved to Denver, Colorado and attended school to be a Surgical Scrub Technician. She worked for the former Denver General Hospital. She also worked in sales at a local Thrift Shop. She is a member of the Pentecostal Church, she enjoyed the time spent with grandchildren and she loved the Denver Broncos. She was preceded in death by her dad, Noah Morrow Big Horse, two brothers, Tommy Stoneroad and Peyton Big Horse. She is survived by three daughters, Melanie Youngbull, and her spouse, Anthony Marshall, Sr., of Geary, OK, Myrna Jean Marquez-Big Horse, Denver, Co and Drew Ann Krause, Seattle, Washington; two sons, Adam Daniel Marquez and wife, Jessica, Denver, CO, Christopher Thomas Big Horse, Denver, CO; her mother and step father, Eleanor and Delfred Whitecrow, Elk City; sisters, Billie Jean Propst, Clinton, Minerva Ruby Big Horse, Alco, NV; Deanna Sue Wiley and husband Kenneth, Elk City, OK, Chloe Ann Henriquez and husband Angelo, Elk City, Barbara Rose Whitecrow, Elk City and two brothers, Delfred "Bunny" Whitecrow, Jr. and wife, Erma, Elk City and Morrow Eugene Big Horse, Tacoma, WA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
