Martha Ann Kliewer

Funeral Service for Martha Ann Kliewer, 85, lifelong Corn resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 11, 2016 in the Corn Mennonite Brethren Church, officiated by Rev. Ken Gardner and Rev. Tim Sandy. Burial will conclude in the Corn Mennonite Brethren Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Martha Ann Reimer Kliewer was born April 13, 1930 to David and Martha M. (Friesen) Reimer in Corn, Oklahoma and passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 in her Corn resident. Martha was raised in Corn and attended Corn Schools, graduating in 1948. She was married to Mr. Harvey Kliewer on May 31, 1949 in Corn. They made their home in Corn their whole married life. She worked over forty in the Corn Hardware and Variety Store. She retired about 5 years ago when the store closed. She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Erma Friesen, Lydia Reimer and Edna Ratzlaff and two brothers, Herb Reimer and Harvey Reimer. She was a longtime faithful and active member of the Corn Mennonite Brethren Church; she was very active in Corn Community by helping with community events, celebrations and any activities that should could help with. She is survived by her husband, of over 66 years, Harvey, of the home, daughter, Lori Couch, Norman, OK; two sons, Steve Kliewer and wife, Wylene, Cimarron, KS and Keith Kliewer and wife, Lynda, Bartlesville, OK; two sisters, Melba Friesen and husband, Paul, Corn and Lois Heinrichs and husband, Don, Weatherford. She is survived by six grandchildren, Ryan Kliewer and wife, Ali, Cody Kliewer, Ashley Gilliam, Austin Kliewer and wife, Kelsey, Tyler Couch and Kelsey Couch and six great-grandchildren, Norah, Steven, Liam, Micah Kliewer, Grasen Gilliam and Kinley Gilliam.
