Funeral Services for Aaron “Turtle” Miles, 29, Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, April 1, 2022, in the Bethany Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Andre’ Perry. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Aaron Jamall Miles was born November 11, 1992, to Eldridge “Black” Hunter and Velma Miles in Clinton, OK and passed away Monday March 28, 2022, from a seizure disorder. Aaron or “Turtle” as he was known by his family and friends was raised in Clinton. He graduated from Clinton High School in 2012 and while in high school he was a member of the Clinton Red Tornadoes Football Team and has remained an avid fan. After his high school graduation, he attended the Burns Flat Vo-technical School and achieved his certificate in Auto Mechanics. He has worked at several jobs and his last position was with Ace Lumber Company. He loved life and could have been considered a comedian, he captured the heart of those around him. He was always known to be helpful to others. He was a member of the Hebrew Israelites; he loved music and being with his friends and family. He spent much of his growing up years with his grandparents, Lewis Long and Nettie Long as well as his Aunt Tammy and Uncle Deryk Long. He is preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by daughter, Quincee Miles, his companion Christi; his parents, Velma Miles, Clinton, dad, Eldridge “Black” Hunter, St. Louis, MO; sisters Stephanie Long-Kakubo, and husband, Edgar, Tulsa, OK, Edweana Long, Tulsa and Erica Miles, OKC, OK, brother, Eldrige Miles, Jr., Weatherford, OK. He is also survived by Aunt Lori Long, Uncle’s Lewis Long, Jr., and Jerry Long and Marcus Long; cousins that he was raised with Keisha Long, Lontisha Long-Taylor, Ray Long, Jemarcus Long, Andrew Long, Tameka Long, Tamara Long, Chaunce Bolden and numerous nieces and nephews who he dearly loved.
