Funeral Services for Adega Lara, 74, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, January 31, 2022, in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, officiated by Father Balaswamy Mandagiri. Burial will follow in the Butler Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau Lee Funeral Home. Ageda Lara was born April 21, 1947, to Leonarda (Gonzalez) Flores and Virgino Flores in Edinburg, TX and passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022, in the Woodward Alliance Health in Woodward, OK. Ageda was raised and attended school in Butler, OK. She moved to Clinton, OK and worked for Collins and Aikman Factory as well as doing farm labor. She married Mr. Miguel Lara on March 24, 1979, in Clinton. She has been a stay-at-home housewife and homemaker. She loved listening to country music, going to the CASINO, playing Bingo, fishing and helping others . She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Miguel, of the home; son, Joe Flores, Shawnee, OK; two sisters, Natividad Calixto, Clinton and Virginia Olivarez, Oklahoma City, OK; two brothers, Cesario Flores and wife, Mary, Oklahoma City, OK and Celestino Flores, Butler, OK. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Troy Mendez and Adrian Mendez.
