Funeral Service for Alexa Rodriquez, 24, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by family members. She will be buried at a later date in Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Alexa Cheyenne Rodriquez was born April 8, 1996 in Clinton, Oklahoma to Jerolyn Juanita Rodriquez and Andrew Barkey in Clinton, OK and passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 in her Clinton Apartment. Alexa was raised in Clinton and received her fist eight years of schooling in the Clinton Public Schools. While in Junior High School she was an outstanding basketball player. She was later home schooled and received her high school diploma. She had most recently worked as a Medical Aide Technician in local nursing homes. Her future plan was to attend Oklahoma Southwestern State University in Weatherford and receive her Nursing degree. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jerolyn Juanita Rodriquez. She enjoyed painting, writing, reading and her four legged baby (dog) Loolee. She is survived by her Uncles and Aunts that helped raised her, Uncle Jess Rodriquez, Clinton; Aunt Ramona Wohl, Albuquerque, NM and Aunt Rene Cooper, Arizona City, AR; her father Andrew Barkey and a brother, both of Oklahoma.
