Graveside services for Alvin Breitling, 92, former Clinton resident will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2020 in the Clinton Cemetery, officiated by his daughter, Anita Breitling and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Alvin Arthur Breitling was born on September 26, 1927 in Arapaho, OK to Arthur Breitling and Martha (Weil) Breitling and passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 in the Weatherwood Assisted Living Center in Weatherford, OK. Alvin joined the U.S. Marine Corp at the age of 17 and he served a four year stint and one of those being in the Philippines. He was married to Neola J. Hicks on February 19, 1950 and from that union came five children, Anita, Connie, Kim, Tina and Scott, He was a welder and he worked at Graves Manufacturing Company until being hired by the United States Postal Service where he carried mail for 25 years. He enjoyed fishing, boating, and swimming; he also enjoyed dancing, listening to country western music, and playing games and was an excellent Bridge player. Mr. Breitling was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Martha, his wife, Neola, two brothers, Reinhold Breitling and Melvin Breitling, daughter, Connie Richardson, son Scott Breitling and grandson, Robert Richardson. He is survived by daughter, Anita Breitling and husband, Larry Korfman, Weatherford, OK; son, Kim Breitling and wife, Connie, Citrus Springs, FL and daughter, Tina Harder and husband, Denny, Oklahoma City, OK.
