Funeral Services for Arlie Marshall, 70, Butler resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 14, 2013 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev. Roger Comstock. Burial will conclude in the Butler Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Arlie Marie Marshall was born February 3, 1943 to Arlis and Marie (Smith) Swaim in Sugar Grove, Arkansas and passed away Monday, November 11, 2013 in her home in Butler, Oklahoma. Mrs. Marshall was raised in Arkansas and Oklahoma, settling in Butler with her family in 1960. She graduated from Butler High School in 1961. She was married to Warren D. Marshall on January 25, 1964 in Arapaho. They made their home in Butler where she worked for several years as a cook and a janitor at the Butler School. Mr. Marshall preceded her in death in 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Amanda Franklin and a sister, Janice Hudson. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church, she enjoyed gardening and working in her flowerbeds and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Pam Banister and husband Jeff, Canadian, TX, two sons, Charles Marshall and wife, Amber, of Clinton, OK and Robert Marshall, Sentinel, OK, 2 sisters, Shelia Draper, Boonville, AR, Clara Chittenden and husband, Richard, of Greenwood, AR. She is also survived by two grandchildren Jeremy Rockhold, of Mangum, OK and Reagan Marshall, of Clinton.
