Chapel Services for Arnold Adams, Sr., 68, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 Tuesday, January 16, 2018 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Jessie Musick. Burial will conclude in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Arnold Lee Adams, Sr. was born April 24, 1949 to Author Adams and Dorothy (Wolfe) Adams in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 in his rural Clinton home. Arnold was raised in Clinton and attended Stafford, Cowden and Arapaho Schools. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1967 and spent a two year stint. He returned back to Custer County where he did farm work as well as working in the oil fields. He was an entrepreneur in his own way and owned and operated several Taverns in the Clinton area. He was an avid Hunter and Fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Janet, a daughter, Samantha, grandson, Patrick and a great-granddaughter and two sisters, Geneva Smith, and Peggy Clift and brother, Tommy Adams. He is survived by a daughter, Tracy Roush and husband, Ricky; five sons, Arnold Lee Adams, Jr. and wife, Lori, Yukon, Billy Joe Adams and wife, Tina, Clinton and James Ray Adams, Yukon, Isaac Arriaga, Clinton and Zack Burton, Houston, TX; four sisters, Linda De La O and spouse, Jason McKeaigg, Clinton, Charlotte Margerum, Hobart, Shirley Wynn and Sharon Adams, Cordell, OK and a brother, Billie Don Adams, and wife, Neta, Clinton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and11 great-grandchildren.
