Funeral Services for Ase Chalepah, 32, Elk City resident, will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 16, 2021 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Delfred Whitecrow and Kenny Wiley. Burial will follow in the John Old Crow Down Woman Cemetery south of Clinton, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A Traditional Wake Service will be held 7:00 till 10:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in the Elk City Indian Baptist Church. Ase Chalepah was born June 8, 1989 to Raymond Chalepah, III and Agatha Gale Mag Pie in Clinton, OK and passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in the Integris Southwest Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City. Ase was raised and attended school in Elk City, OK. He was a member of the Native American Church; he enjoyed hunting and fishing and he loved music and especially a group called Slipknot. He is survived by his parents, Raymond and Gale, two sisters, Stacey Chalepah, Ashley Chalepah, two brothers, Willis Chalepah and Raymond Chalepah; two nephews Adam Chalepah and Leo Gonzales and niece Tara Gonzales, all of Elk City.
