Bernie Albine Brown

A memorial service for Bernie “Bill” Brown, 79, Foss resident will be held at Saturday March 20 at 10:00 A.M. by family members and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Bernie “Bill” A. Brown was born June 10, 1941 to Bernie Brown, Sr. and Kitty Preston Brown in Canute, Oklahoma and passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 in the River Valley Skilled Nursing and Therapy in Clinton, OK. Bernie Brown was raised in Foss, OK and graduated from Canute High School in 1959. He has been an electrician most of his adult life. He was married to Kay Casto April 1, 2007 in Clinton, OK. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Canute; he loved the outdoors and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, and son, Sonny Brown. He is survived by his wife, Kay, of the home, daughter, Bernice Walker and husband, Chris, Yukon, OK; son, Dennis Brown and wife, Jennifer, Clinton, OK; five sisters, Kitty Koch, Betty Maine, Janet Graumn, Tracy Taylor and Cindy Kelly and two brothers, Steve Brown and Terry Brown. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
