A memorial Service for Betty Malone-Gosier, 69, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.m., Thursday, August 22, 2013 in the Church of Christ, 2601 Custer Ave, officiated by Richard Jackson and Robert Malone. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Keisau-Lee Funeral Home. Betty Louise (Malone) Gosier was born June 25th, 1944 to Plez and Dora (Allen) Malone in Tipton, OK and passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Midwest City, OK. Betty was raised in Tipton, OK and attended Tipton Schools. In 1964 she married the late Sydney Hill and had two children, they made their home in Clinton, Oklahoma. She was employed for several years as a nurse's aide at the Tuberculosis Sanatorium and other nursing facilities. She went on to work at Braum's Ice Cream which is where she retired from as her health began to fail. In 1999 she married Chester Gosier. She is a member of the Southeast Church of Christ. She loved spoiling her grandchildren, spending time with family, latch hook and word finds. She spent a short time in Grace Living Center before her passing. She was preceded in death by her parents, Plez and Dora Malone, a sister, Mae Rogers, and a brother Morris Malone. She is survived by her husband, Chester Gosier, of the home, daughter Sandra Jackson and husband, Terry, of Clinton, son Bryan Hill, grandchildren Shasta Hester and husband, Shawn, Leslie Hill and wife Sabrina and Garrett Hill, all of Oklahoma City, four great-grandchildren Davion Ford, Mykel Ford, Ryley Hill and Haylee Hill, all of Oklahoma City, OK; a sister Doris Dancer and husband, Tom, Faye Abram and husband, Esco, brothers, William Malone, Plez Malone and wife, Lillie, Robert Malone and wife, Annie, all of Clinton, OK and John Malone and wife, Dianna, of Lancaster California and a host of nieces and nephews.
