Beverly Ann Shopteese

Funeral Service for Beverly Shopteese, 82, Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, July 19, 2019 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Daniel Mosburg and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Beverly Ann (Larson) Shopteese was born June 6, 1937 to Dewey Sampson Larson and Mabel Edith (Kennedy) Larson in Vega, Texas and passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 in the Corn Heritage Village in Corn, Oklahoma. Beverly was raised in Vega and Amarillo, Texas and graduated from Amarillo High School in 1956. She worked as an Operating Technician in an Amarillo Hospital as well as cooking in numerous nursing homes and other facilities. She moved to Oklahoma in 1974, making Foss her first home and then she moved to Clinton. She had most recently worked in home health care and the Methodist Nursing home retiring in 1992. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Altar Society; she enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, painting and quilting. She is preceded in death by her husband in 1993, two sons, Rex Eugene Larson and Samuel Blakely Oliver, two brothers, Thomas Larson and Melton Larson and a sister Blanche Palmer. She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie Murphy, Cordell, OK and Evelyn Oliver, Corn , OK; brother Richard Larson, Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Jennifer Nunn, Melody Murphy and husband Lance, Billy Murphy and Fiancée, Kelsey, Anna Muakuch and husband, David, David Jennings and girlfriend, Heather Scott and nine great-grandchildren. Samatha Scrimage, Christopher Nunn, Heaven Nunn, Karma Boening, Darren Cook, Alyssa Murphy, Owen Murphy and Kinsley Griffith.
