Funeral Services for Bill D. Howe, 87, Clinton resident will be held 12:00 Noon, Thursday, February 19, 2015 in the Kiesau memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev. Gary Jones. Burial will follow in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Bill D. Howe was born July 29, 1927 to Fred D. and Jennie Parrish Howe in Clinton, OK and passed away Monday, February 16, 2015 in his Clinton home. Mr. Howe grew up in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High school. He enjoyed being in the cattle business with his dad and he also enjoyed driving a truck. He ultimately decided to explore Missouri and spent many years in the construction business in Kansas City. He returned to Oklahoma in the 1970's and worked for the City of Clinton for many years. He was married to Nellie Smith on June 9th 1972. Bill was a genuine down to earth old country boy. He liked the simple life, unpretentious and he would always see him with his boots and cowboy hat, usually black. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, gardening and most of all spending time with his family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Nellie, brother, Charles "Bud" Howe and two sisters, in law, brother in law, niece and daughter, Marva Doyal. He is survived by Kathy Howe and her son, Nathan Howe, both of Kansas City, MO and Danna Herrell, of Corn, OK, Sisters Margerie "Sis" Stockton, of Clinton, Betty Bonny, Canton, OK Mary Lou "Tyke" Clift, and husband, Don, of Butler, OK; brothers, Olan Howe and wife, Phyllis, and Nolan Howe all of MO. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Bill Doyal, of North Carolina, Susan Cabaniss, of Clinton, Great-grandchildren, Eric, Kasie, Amanda, Tashena, Ambrose, Amarea, Happy, Ryan, Lauren, Haley, Leo. Great-great-grandchildren, Makia and Kaisan, Evan, Morgan and Claire.
