Funeral Services for Bill Gilbert, 65, Arapaho resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 15, 2016 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Vann Leonard. Burial will conclude at 2:00 P.M. in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Chickasha, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Billy Charles Gilbert was born January 12, 1951 to Ivan Dean Gilbert and Bertha Emmaline (Green) Gilbert in Perryton, Texas and passed away in the Arapaho home on Thursday, November 10, 2016. Billy was raised and attended school in Perryton, TX. He soon started working in the oilfields and had made his home in Clinton and then Arapaho, OK. He was married to Helen Briscoe and she has since preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers Homer and Jackie Massey. His hobby's consisted of spending time with his children and grandchildren as well as shooting and fishing. He is survived by five daughters, Donna Pelot, Ft. Worth, TX, Rhonda Bailey and husband, Andy, Frank Town, CO, Chelley Miller, Lebanon, IN, Bertha Jo Lilley, Clinton, Debbie Parsons, Grand Junction, CO and three sons Tim Huffman and wife, Doris, Gene Parsons and wife, Wendy, Wasilla, AK, and Billy Gilbert and wife, Jamie, Arapaho; two sisters, Judy Pearl Newsom and husband, Tommy, Graham, TX, Melody Joyce Hudson and husband, Frank, Flower Bluff, TX; five brothers, Arthur "Pete" Gilbert, TN, Richard Holcomb, Clinton, Russell Holcomb and wife, Sandy, Elk City, Kenneth Holcomb and wife, Brenda, Elk City and James Massey, Ft. Gibson, OK. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
