Funeral Services for Billy Mack Shephard, 86, Arapaho resident, will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, February 2, 2018 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by his son, Rev. Dwight Shephard and Sandy Shepherd and Pastor Wendell Folsom. Burial will conclude in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Billy Mack Shephard was born September 17, 1931 to Frank and Izett (Giles) Shephard on the family farm Northwest of Arapaho, OK and passed away Monday, January 29, 2018 in the Cordell Christian Home in Cordell, OK. Mr. Shephard was raised in Arapaho and graduated from Arapaho School in 1950. He worked for an Airline factory in Wichita, Kansas for a short time before returning back to Custer County and making his home on the family farm. He was employed with Cornell Construction Company, Bob Smith Tucking and he served over 32 years with the Arapaho Schools in the Bus Barn. He and his wife also owned and operated the Arapaho Dairy Boy along with farming and ranching. He was a member of the living Waters Assembly of God Church in Burns Flat; he loved being on the lake, boating, CATCHING fish, hunting and he liked playing board games, dominoes and rook. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, George Robert Shephard, Delmar "Buck" Shephard, and Frank Shephard, Jr. and sister, Jo Ann Barrick. He is survived by his wife, Shirley of the home, two sons, Billy Shephard, Arapaho and Dwight Shephard and wife, Sharon, Burns Flat. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Brooke Hickok, Crystal Cline and husband, Jeff and Justin Shephard and wife, Susan; 11 great grandchildren, Hailey Cline, Kaiden Cline, Tyler Cline, Natalie Shephard, Ezra Shephard, Gavyn Shephard, Lincoln Shephard, Craig Cline, Jaden Cline, Ashley Cline and McKennze Cline.
