October 11, 1946 — October 20, 2017

A Chapel service for Bobby Gragg, 71, Butler farmer and rancher will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 24, 2017 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Sandy Shepherd. Burial will conclude in the Butler Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Bobby Ralph Gragg was born on October 11th 1946 in Clinton OK to Florence Mary Bourquin/Gragg and Ralph Bailey Gragg of Butler OK. Bobby was born into the family farm that had been established by both his mother's and father's family shortly after Oklahoma statehood. Bobby was raised as an only child on his family farm 3 miles E and 1.5 miles N of Butler. Bobby continued to live only one mile from his childhood home his entire life. After a 5 year battle with cancer, Bobby is now at peace on 10/20/2017. Bobby married Patsy Owens in Wheeler, Texas on November 16th, 1968. They had 2 children together, Shelle and Ralph. Bobby loved farming and ranching. Bobby's hobbies included hunting, snow skiing, gardening, and spotting coyotes from his Piper Cub airplane. However, in 1970, this hobby led to the crash of said plane, but Bobby survived that crash and went on to still enjoy aviation. Bobby served on the Butler School Board for 14 years. He and his family were the Farm Bureau Family of the Year. Bobby was elected President of the Oklahoma Flying Farmers and held his pilot's license. Bobby is survived by his wife Patsy Gragg, their children Shelle and Heath Fowler of Paris TX and Ralph and Rachel Gragg of Edmond OK, 7 grandchildren (with another one on the way), and many more extended family. Bobby was preceded in death by his mother in 2003 and his father in 1951.
