A Mass of Christian Burial for Bruce Hubbard, 73, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in the St. Mary Catholic Church, officiated by Father Thomas Pudota. Burial will conclude in the Lone Star Cemetery in Rocky, OK under the direction of Kiesau Lee Funeral Home. A Rosary will be held 6:00 P.M., Monday, March 14, 2016 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel. Palma Bruce Hubbard was born June 3, 1942 to Palma Taylor Hubbard and Christine (Bennett) Hubbard in Rayville, LA and he passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City. He attended school at St. Paschal Catholic School to the 8th grade and then graduated from West Monroe High in West Monroe, LA. He joined the military in the early 1960's. He was employed with MGM Music Company in the late 60's and met many musicians in that era. He worked for Pepperidge Farm Bread Company in Memphis, TN until the mid-1980. He moved to Lexington, Kentucky and operated his own Bread Company until 1993 when he moved to Clinton, Ok. He later married Kimberlyn Kaye Klump on Oct.4, 1995 at St, Mary's Catholic Church. He owned his own spice and catering service which was called Kimberlyn Foods. His spice blends were sold in the United Grocery Stores for many years. He also catered Weddings, Social Events, School events, Church Banquets and all kinds of parties around the area. He was famous for his Cajun cooking and took his Louisiana Cooking Wagon all over the state. His Hobbies were fishing, hunting, cooking, telling jokes, dancing, watching football and boxing, traveling and baking pies. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Harold Hubbard. He is survived by his wife, a daughter Barbara and Husband Robert, son Palma Bruce Hubbard Jr and wife Polly. Four grandchildren: Emmaline Miller, Blake Miller, Charles Miller and Andrew Miller. A Brother Dennis Lane Hubbard and wife Cheryl and many Nieces and Nephews.
