Butch Thomas Herndon

Graveside Services for Butch Thomas Herndon, 37, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 7, 2021 in the Hammon Indian Mennonite Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Delfred Whitecrow and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Butch Thomas Herndon was born October 2, 1983 to Lenuel D. Herndon and Stella Howling Buffalo in Elk City, Ok and passed away Tuesday August 31, 2021 in the Clinton Alliance Health Emergency Room in Clinton, OK. Butch was raised in Foss, OK and Sayre, OK where he attended his schooling. He married Anna Marie in 2001. He was worked in the oil fields and he has done construction work. He attended the Assembly of God Church; he enjoyed fishing and was a great shade tree mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Paul Herndon and Jerry Herndon and sister, Melanie Herndon. He is survived by two brothers, Leland Roy Howling Buffalo, Clinton, OK and Sammy Herndon, of Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
