Funeral Services for C.A. Price, Jr., 75, Custer City resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 2, 2018 in Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Rev. Dean Derieg. Burial will follow in the Stafford Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Clarence A. (C.A.) Price, Jr. was born March 4, 1943 to C.A. Price, SR. and Jessie Fern (Morgan) Price in Elk City, Oklahoma and passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 in the Weatherford Living Center in Weatherford, Oklahoma. C.A. was raised in Burns Flat, Oklahoma where he graduated from Burns Flat, OK in 1961. He drove a school bus for a short time and worked at the Cotton Oil Gin. He has been an automotive mechanic most of his life and his first mechanic job was with Little Olds and Cadillac in Clinton where he was employed for 18 years. Along with his brother Terry, they owned and operated Price Automotive in Burns Flat and he also worked in the Oil Fields. He was married to Rhonda Jones in December of 1987 in Washita, County. They made their home in Custer City where he opened another mechanic shop for several years. He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 sons, Joseph and Bruce Price and a brother, Jerry Price. He was a member of the Baptist Church, he enjoyed country and western dancing; he loved to travel, especially in Oregon, Colorado and Eastern Oklahoma while the leaves were changing colors in the fall of the year. He was a lover of animals and had a special cat, Spook. He is survived by a daughter, Susan Price Laye, Custer City, OK, a sister, Lilly Fern Price Varnell, Elk City and two brothers, Terry Price, Elk City, OK and Bill Price, Houston, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
