Carl Lee Howard

Funeral Services for Carl Lee Howard, 63, have been set for 11:00, Monday, February 9, 2015, at the Bethany Baptist Church in Clinton, with Rev. James Callins, Rev. Billy Mucker, and Rev. Leonard Jackson officiating, and under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery. Carl Lee Howard was born January 5, 1952, in Houston TX, and passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015, in Hobart, Ok. He was adopted at the age of 4 by Emma Lee Washington. He attended Page Elementary at the age of 5. Moved to Weatherford, Ok. at the age of 11, and later Graduate from High School in Cotton Valley, LA. Starting in the early 80s worked for Custer County Sherriff's Department, and ran his own security business. Transferred in the early 90s to Hobart Police Department, and continued with the security business. He retired at eh age of 54. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, drawing, painting, and farming. He is preceded in death by his adopted mother Emma Lee Washington.
