Carol Lyndon Johnson 12/31/1943 - 9/17/2020 Carol Lyndon Johnson, age 76, passed away on Thursday, September 17th, 2020 in Corn, Oklahoma. Carol was born in Gatesville, Texas on December 31st, 1943. She graduated from Rosebud Texas High School in 1962. As an aspiring artist she was proud to have drawn the concept art for the Rosebud High School Panther Mascot. Her love of the Lord and her strong faith was reflected in much of her art, as well as in her singing. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Gene and Evalena Pugh and George and Martha Johnson; her parents, Willie and Belle Johnson; sisters Glenda and Linda and daughter, Donna Gould. She is survived by daughters Anjanette (A.J.) Holladay and husband Tom of Madisonville, Texas, Lois Richardson and husband Shannon of Earlville, Iowa, and Ann Marie Gould, of Clinton, Oklahoma; brother Bob Johnson and wife Ruth Ann of Gatesville, Texas; 11 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and good friend Bob Collins of Florida. Funeral services are pending with Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home of Clinton, OK. A brief remembrance gathering of family will commemorate her passing following cremation. Her remains will be interred in Texas at Evergreen cemetery with family at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
