Funeral Services for Carolyn Morris, 86, Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday, February 16, 2017 in the First United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Rick Robart. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Mildred Carolyn Morris was born December 20, 1930 to William and Mildred (Harrison) Donley in Arapaho and passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017 in her Clinton home. Carolyn was raised in Arapaho where she graduated from Arapaho High School in 1948. She continued her education at OMAC (now Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. She worked numerous years for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. She was married to Scott Morris in 1965 in Clinton. They made their home in Clinton and farmed and ranched together until failing health forced their retirement. She is a longtime faithful and active member of the First United Methodist Church and she sang in the Church choir; and served as church treasurer for many years. She loved to bowl, golf, and fish, played bridge, she was a big fan of the Thunder and a wonderful gardener. She was active in the community serving others and helped with Meals on Wheels. She was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha Sorority for over 65 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Bill Donley and John Donley and a niece, Karen Donley. She is survived by nieces, Lynda and husband, Michael, of Norman, Susan, of Clinton and Kathy and husband , Jim of Littleton, CO and a sister in law, Brenda Donley, Weatherford. She is also survived by great-nephews and nieces, Scott, Ryan, Katie, Cody and Kyle.
