Cassidy Shawn Hindbaugh

A private Memorial Service for Cassidy Hindbaugh, 30, Burns Flat resident will be held in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Buck Nicholson and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Cassidy Shawn Hindbaugh was born December 30, 1990 to John Timothy Hindbaugh and Brenda Thompson in Elk City, OK and passed away Friday, September 10, 2021 in Clinton, OK. Cassidy was raised in Clinton and graduated from Burns Flat High School in 2009. This young man was stricken with cerebral palsy at a young age. He was full of love, hugs and he brightened everybody’s day with his contagious big smile even though he was handicapped. He was a movie buff and he especially liked Sponge Bob and iCarley. He was preceded in death by a sister, Candy Louise Lindsey, paternal grandparents, Mary Barton and Lewis Edward Hindbaugh, maternal grandparents, Cecil Thompson, Maternal Uncles, Terry Thompson and Roger Thompson; paternal Aunts and Uncles, Annie Hindbaugh, Bob Hindbaugh and Bill Hindbaugh. He is survived by his parents, Tim and Brenda Hindbaugh, of the home, two sisters, Chastity Smith, Sayre and Karetha Bruns and husband, Barry, Stillwater, OK; brother, Timothy James Hindbaugh, Elk City, OK and his maternal grandmother Claudia Thompson Clinton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
