A Chapel Service will be held for Charlene Walker, 79, Longtime Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 12, 2014 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Patrick Peters and burial will conclude in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. L. Charlene (Stewart) Walker was born April 16, 1934 to Malcom and Helen (Sipe) Stewart in Clinton, OK and passed away Friday, February 7, 2014 in her Clinton resident. Charlene was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1952. On May 25, 1952 she was married to Charles James Walker in Weatherford. They made their lifetime home in Clinton. She worked at Vic's Café as a waitress and then she became owner and operator of it, spending almost 30 years serving others. She later worked for Wong's Restaurant as a waitress for nearly 20 years retiring in 2004. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2004, her parents, 7 brothers, Bob, Don, Roy, Jack, Lester, Kenneth, Elmer and two sisters, Sue Wilson and Dorothy Walters, and infant son Joey in 1962 and a grandson, Cory Walker. She enjoyed playing BINGO, going to the Casino and she loved doing Word Search Puzzles. She is survived by two daughters, Diana Brown-Coleman, Lori Walker-Keeton and husband Timmy and a son, Rick Walker and wife, Mona, all of Clinton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Jeff, Traci and Timmy Brown, Eric, Chase and Ashli Walker and James and Joey Dyer; 10 great-grandchildren, Jordan Brown, Jackson Brown, Garrison Rhoades, Abby Rhoades, Kenzy Brown Cayden Brown, Riley Walker, Rori Walker, Tyler Walker and Eric Walke; and numerous nieces and nephews.
