Chloy Mildred Thomas - Lewallen

Memorial Services for Chloy Mildred Thomas-Lewallen, 76, Weatherford resident will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 25, 2017 in the Assembly of God, Thomas, officiated by John Chand and Jerry Yoder. Chloy Thomas-Lewallen was born January 6, 1941 to Cecil Henry and Cora Sylvina (Tipsword) VanHyning in Griggsville, Illinois and passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017 in Weatherford. Chloy was raised in Mountain Park, Snyder, and Clinton. She married Roy Eugene Thomas in 1957, making their home in Clinton. Chloy started her working career at Highland Park, then going into Home Health Care. She enjoyed playing cards, and playing with her grandchildren. She also collected Salt and Pepper shakers. Chloy is preceded in death by parents, both husbands, son Alan Dale Thomas, three grandchildren, Lacy Diann Thomas, Douglas Eugene Harris, and Alisha Sawn McDow, one great grandchild, LIllian Lingle, four brothers, Cecil Jr, Herry Ervin, Herbert Lee, and Richard Theodor, three sisters, Eliza Florine Shira, Gladys Marie VanHyning, and Violet Brown. She is survived by three daughters, Racinda Harris and husband Eugene, Weatherford, Nancy Wilson, Lawton, and Vicki Cheney and husband Randy, Burns Flat; three sons, Arthur McDow and wife Pearl, Valley Brook, OK, Roy Thomas, Jr., and wife Donna, Oklahoma City, and Henry Thomas and wife Kris, Thomas, OK, one sister, Thelma Chand and husband John, Foss, OK. Chloy is also survived by a special friend Mary Campbell, 22 grandchildren, numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
