Funeral Services for Christopher Crawford, 49, Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Friday, March 21, 2014 in the Bethany Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Billy Mucker and Rev. Lawrence Smoots, burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Christopher Douglas "Gap" Crawford was born on December 22, 1964 in Vernon Texas to Vera & Freddie Lee Crawford Sr. Christopher received his apprenticeship in Welding, and later went on to become a truck driver. Christopher attended Gospel Lighthouse Church in Oklahoma City. He enjoyed listening to music, shooting pool, and barbequing, but his true passions in life were his family and friends. He departed this life on March 16th, 2014 at the age of 49. He is preceded in death by his father Freddie Lee Crawford Sr., his brother Freddie Lee Crawford Jr., and his brother Vincent Dale Crawford. Christopher leaves to mourn is home going: His mother Vera Dickson of Oklahoma City, brother Michael Crawford of Clinton, sisters Jerelyn Crawford of Oklahoma City, Joy Cutter of Texas, Carlas Crawford of Oklahoma City, Kenya Crawford of Oklahoma City, Tina Crawford of Oklahoma City, brother-in-law Ronald Cutter, sister-in-law Belinda Thompson-Crawford, a host of nieces and nephews, and best friends AJ Barnett and Eddie Taylor of Oklahoma City.
