Funeral Services for Chuck Raines, 63, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 7, 2016 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Deacon Bill Hough and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. A private burial will be held at a later date. Charles Wendell "Chuck" Raines was born October 11, 1952 to Arthur and Marjorie (Chastain) Raines in Lafayette, Indiana and passed away Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in the Veterans Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. "Chuck" was moved to Memphis, TN when he was about five years old and then to Clinton, Oklahoma at the age of 13 years of age. He attended his schooling in Clinton and in 1969 he enlisted in U.S. Army and served for nine years. He was married to Sabra Diane Williams on February 2, 1975 in Clinton, OK. He later married Glenda Sue Millspaugh on January 12, 1996 in Arapaho. He worked in construction and in the oilfield. He was employed with Domino Fuel for over 25 years and retiring in 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brother Donnie Raines, Sonny Best and Johnnie Raines and a sister, Penny Raines. He is survived by his wife, Glenda, of the home, three daughters, Karen Brown and husband, Jimmy Rivera, Enid, Nicole Latschar, Choctaw and Anna Raines, Clinton; son, Jack Brown and wife, Michelle, Woodward and Charles Aaron Raines and wife Tuyet, Clinton; two sisters, :Pamela Delgado and husband, Jose, Dallas, TX and Teresa Ritter and husband, Doug, Weatherford, OK. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
