Curtis Ban Patrick Aug. 15, 1933 - Jan. 20, 2017 BETHANY Curtis Ban Patrick, 83, of Bethany, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017. He was born August 15, 1933, to Virgil Banister and Estella Rebecca (Brown) Patrick in Sasakwa, Oklahoma. Curtis worked for many years as a custodial supervisor at the State Capitol. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He is survived by a sister, Gail Patrick Ashcraft and husband Boyce; nephew Tony Ashcraft and wife Karen; sister-in-law Rosemary Thompson; nephew Scott Thompson; nieces Cindy Vaught, Angela Patrick Bennett and Laura Lee Mansell; numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; two cousins, Betty Jo Neal and Ron Brown and wife; and many other loving family members and friends. Curtis was preceded in death by his wife, Bettie Patrick; mother, Estella Patrick; father, Banister Patrick; nephew, Robert Donald Ashcraft; and a cousin, Jesse Brown Harjo. Memorial Services for Curtis will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Council Road Baptist Church, 2900 N. Council Road in Bethany. Services under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
