A funeral Service for Dale Glenn, 66, former Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 4, 2016 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Rev. R.B. Mathis. Burial will conclude in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Eldon Dale Glenn, Jr., was born October 5, 1949 to Eldon Dale Glenn and Billie Lou (Winningham) Glenn in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in his Hinton, OK home. Dale was raised and attended school in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1968. He was drafted in U.S. Army in September of 1968. He served in Vietnam and received numerous metals including the Purple Heart being wounded in Combat Infantry. He received his Honorable Discharge in August of 1971. He attended watch making/repair school in Okmulgee, OK at the Okmulgee Tech. He was married to Norma Fisher in 1973 and to this marriage one daughter was born, Angie Dale Glenn. He was later married to Brenda Acklin on February 5, 1982 in Amarillo, TX and to this marriage four children, three daughters, Amanda, Lori and Amy and a son, Will Glenn. He was presently married to Glenda Sisson on December 3, 2011. He had worked as a goldsmith and he was employed with the U.S. Postal Service while living in Arizona. He retired from the Postal Service and moved back to Oklahoma where he had worked for Lee Funeral Home in Cordell. He had made his home in Clinton, Amarillo, TX, Glendale, AZ and Hinton, OK. He was preceded in death by his Dad, a sister, Lenora Glenn, his paternal grandparents, A.G. and Hazel Glenn, and maternal grandparents, Bill and Hazel Willingham and a niece Melissa Lee, and nephew, Joey Lee. He is survived by his wife, Glenda of the Hinton Home, his mother Billie Lou Duncan and husband, Ervin and step mother Betty Glenn Arther and husband, Arlie, of Hydro; four daughters, Angie (Glenn) Newcomb and husband Chris, Amanda Glenn, Phoenix, AZ, Amy Glenn, Amarillo, TX and Lori Glenn Bossert and husband, Josh, Scottsdale, AZ and son, William Glenn, Phoenix, AZ; two sisters, Margie Blalock and husband, Darrin, Yukon, Lela Farmer and husband, Rick, of Hydro five brothers, Doug Ervin, Las Vegas, NV, Edwin Lee and wife, Kathrine, Salina, KS, J.T. Lee and wife, Lissa, Hydro, OK, Troy Lee and wife, Toni, Clinton and Jack Lee and wife, Peggy, Clinton; step son, Justin Sisson, Mustang, OK and two step Daughters, Jami Boling and husband Keith, , Hinton and Jennifer Wilson and husband, James, Mustang. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
