Funeral Services for Wayne Buck, 79, Clinton business man and resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 13, 2016 in the First Christian Church, officiated by Doyle Kinney. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Dale Wayne Buck was born October 12, 1936 to William Dale Buck and Zora Mabel (Ritchie) Buck in Woodward, Oklahoma and passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 in the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Wayne was raised in Noble, OK where he graduated from High School in 1954. He continued his education at the Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma. He married Nancy Hagar on July 8, 1960 in Norman, Oklahoma. He started a career with Halliburton in Worland, WY and then moved to Bristow, Oklahoma. He got in the car business with Morris Chevy in Oklahoma City and then he moved to El Reno, Oklahoma and worked for Howe Chevrolet. He settled in Clinton in 1975 and owned and operated Buck Chevrolet as well as owning and operating numerous other car dealerships in Clinton and other states. He is preceded in death by his parents. He enjoyed horses and was a team roper, working with his cattle and loved being with his grandsons. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, of the home, two daughters, Kim Buck, Norman and Caren Denney, and husband, John, Clinton; two grandsons, Brady Buck Denney and Dalton John Denney, Clinton. He is also survived by a niece and nephew, Melinda Hagar Fagan, Georgetown, TX and Curtis Hagar and wife Terrie, San Antonio, TX.
