A Funeral Service for Danny Wohl, Sr., 67, former Clinton and Custer City resident will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in the First Christian Church officiated by Doyle Kinney and Dan Day and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Daniel Dean "Danny" Wohl, Sr., along with his twin brother , Randall "Ranny" where born October 4, 1951 to Frank and Jean (Davis) Wohl in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away late Friday, October 12, 2018 in his Clinton home. "Danny" was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1969. He continued his working career with his father, Frank Wohl, in the Phillip 66 service Station. He was married to Laura Lyles on December 11, 1976 in the home of his parents in Clinton, OK. Danny and Laura followed the family tradition and owned and operated a Phillip 66 service station, as well as owning and operating a flower and gift shop and antique store. They moved to Custer City, OK and lived there for several years and opened a junk and collectable store. He sold cars for Double K Auto Sales and he also worked in the Oil Fields. He most recently made his home in Colorado where he worked as superintendant of the grounds at the Masonic Lodge Park. After being there for almost a year he was diagnosed with cancer in September and they moved home to be close to family and friends. He was a member of the First Christian Church; he loved to fish, bowl, and ride Harley's, the mountains, camping and playing card games. He was always available to help a friend in need. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Brenda Wilhelm. He is survived by his wife, Laura of Clinton, son, Danny Wohl, Jr. and wife, Rebecca, Custer City, OK; two brothers, Ranny Wohl , Tulsa, OK and Michael Wohl, Hollister, MO, and brother in law, Terry Wilhlem, Clinton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one of which he helped raise, Blake Wohl, Clinton and several aunts, uncles nieces and nephews.
