Funeral Services for Guy Koch, 56, Arapaho resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in the Arapaho Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Vann Leonard. Burial will concede with military honors in the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery in Ft. Gibson, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. David Guy Koch was born July 21, 1959 to Eldon Mearl Koch and Lola Jean (Spradlin) Koch in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 in the Alliance Health Clinton, Clinton, OK. Guy was raised in Arapaho, OK and graduated from Arapaho High School in 1977. He later continued his education at Seward County Community College in Liberal, Kansas and received an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice. He enlisted in the U.S. Army on December 4, 1980 and was honorably discharged on December 3, 1984. Following his high school career and military career he was a cowboy, working over Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. While serving in the military he served in the Overseas Rodeo Circuit. He was married to Molly Shuck on October 14, 1991 in Santana, KS. He became the Police Chief in Hardesty, OK until 2009 and served on the police force in Waynoka, OK 2009 and 2010. In 2011 he became disabled and returned to Arapaho, OK and was living there until the present. He is a member of the Arapaho First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father and two nieces Corie and Darcie Koch. He is survived by his wife, Molly of the home, his mother, Lola Jean Koch, Arapaho, three daughters, Mandie Briant and husband, Jason, Shawnee, Tara Johnson and husband, Jason, Tyrone, OK and Shawnna Northern and husband, Steven, McAlister, OK; son, Ethan Koch and wife, Emily, Topeka, KS; two sisters, Connie Harris and husband, Mike, Custer City, OK, Fern Riley and husband, Rick, Lockhart, TX and a brother, Boyd Koch and wife Nora, Strong, City, OK. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rebekah, Lillian, Joshua, Wyatt, Avery, Cody, Montana, Noah and Teagan. The family has suggested those wanting to give a memorial contribution may do so to the Arapaho First Baptist Church P.O. Box 490, Arapaho, OK 73620 or the Palliate Care Unit at the Veterans Hospital 921 Northeast 13th Street Oklahoma City, OK
