Diane Martin

Barbara Diane Martin passed away September 20, 2015. She was born January 12, 1937, in Cherokee OK the daughter of Deane and Lyla Dye Hammans. On May 7, 1955, Diane married Marvin Fred Martin in the Christian church in Custer City OK. Survivors include her husband, Fred Martin, Topeka; daughters, Sherry Brenneman and husband Gene, Albuquerque NM, Terry Powell and her husband Tim, Garden City KS; son, Gary D. and his wife Michelle, Wichita; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Hammans and wife Oneta, Austin TX; sister-in-law, Lou Hammans, Alamogordo NM, along with several nieces and nephews. Diane was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Hammans and niece Judy Hammans Weverka. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, September 28, 2015 in Custer City Masonic Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to Southwest Christian Church.
