Donald Ray Dodson

Graveside services for Donald Dodson, 85, Clinton resident, will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 21, 2021 in the Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, OK, officiated by Chaplain Daniel Mosburg. Burial will be with military honors and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Donald Ray Dodson was born August 23, 1936 to Thomas and Velma (Ross) Dodson in Stafford, OK and passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 in the River Valley Nursing Home in Clinton, OK. Donald was raised in Stafford and graduated from Stafford School in 1954. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy on August 26, 1955 and served as a machinist aviation mate and was honorably discharge in 1959. He never married and farmed most of his adult life and he worked on a dairy farm. He is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Clarence, Junior, J.D. and three sisters Modell Snider, Myrtle Prince and Ina Crawford. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
