Doris "Jeannie" Schoonmaker

Memorial Services for Doris "Jeannie" Schoonmaker, 73 will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 23, 2017, in the Custer City Masonic Cemetery, under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Jeannie Schoonmaker was born April 26, 1944, in Coranodo Island, California to Johnny and Julia (Cole) Raff and passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, in Clinton. Jeannie was raised in Butler and Custer City. She attended schools in Butler and Custer City and graduating at Custer City High School in 1962. She married Gene Schoonmaker on January 28, 1961, in Custer City. They lived in numerous places before settling in Custer City. Her husband Gene, was a Federal Rail Road Inspector. Jeannie was a member of the First Christian Church in Custer City. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed Cooking, going to the lake to camp. Jeannie was an avid Thunder Fan. She is preceded in death by her parents. Jeannie is survived by her husband Gene, of the home, one daughter, Dawna Mosburg, Tulsa, OK, one son, Devin Schoonmaker and wife Micci, Weatherford, OK, one brother Charles Raff and wife Suann, Miami, OK. She is also survived by five grandchildren Nickolas, Kelsy, Holly, Chad, and Hannah, and one great grandchild, Conlee.
