Funeral Services for Dwaine Knabe, 67, Clinton resident, will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 17, 2016 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Deacon Bill Hough and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Dwaine Knabe, passed from this life on Saturday, March 12, 2016. Dwaine was born on November 5, 1948, in a farm house in Hereford, TX, to Beatrice and Adolph Knabe. He married the love of his life, Ellie Mae Howard on June 24, 1972, in Childress, TX. They Moved to Clinton, OK, in 1976, where they have resided since. He loved the outdoors, photography, shooting, and working with his hands. Dwaine is survived by his wife, Ellie, of the home; his sons, Richard and his wife, Christine, of Whitewright, TX; and Greg and his wife, Melissa, of Clinton, OK; and five grandchildren, Michael Knabe of Clinton; Ryan, Devin, Caitlin, and Robbin Knabe of Whitewright, TX, and three younger brothers: Weldon, Adolph, and Raymond. He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Lynda, his parents, and his younger brother, Darrell. Visitation will be at Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, OK 8:00 am till 8:00 pm Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Memorial donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the National Diabetes Association.
