Funeral Services for Eamon ”Biji” Lehi, 27, Colorado resident and currently of El Reno, OK resident will be held 12:00 Noon, Monday, April 15, 2024, at the Jackie Turtle and Dwight Bullcoming home place, 82674 North 2610 Road, Watonga, OK, officiated by Pastor Waylan Upchego. The burial will follow in the Cheyenne Arapaho Cemetery in Concho,OK..


There will be an all-night wake service which will be held starting at 6:00 PM, April 14, 2024, in the Tee Pee at the Watonga resident.


Eamon Tynan Lehi (Indian name “Warrior who kills first at war party) was born September 25, 1996, to Everisto D. Lehi and Evangeline (Turtle) in Shiprock, NM and passed away very unexpectedly Thursday, April 24, 2024, in Oklahoma City, OK.


Eamon was raised in Oklahoma and Colorado, and he attended school at the Riverside Indian School in California. While in school he enjoyed playing basketball. Soon out of school he began doing Industrial type work in Colorado and later came to Oklahoma and continued to construction and industrial work.


He was a happy-go-lucky guy and made friends easily. He was always outgoing and never met a stranger. He was known to always have a smile on his face and would light up a room when he entered.


He is a member of the Native American Church. He was proud of his native heritage, he enjoyed the traditions and attending traditional Ceremonies of both Ute and Cheyenne tribes.


He loves to hunt and play on the computer; he was a gamer and just up for a good time.


He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edith, and Vincent Yazzie, Mary Angie and Winston, Sr., Turtle, Helen Louise Knight and Kate Knight and Charlie Knight.


He is survived by his parents, father, Everisto D. Lehi, Towaoc, CO and mother and stepdad, Evangeline and Allen Fetcher, El Reno, OK, sister, Santana Lehi, three brothers, Soloman Lehi, Ezra Lehi and wife, Carrie, and Sir Everisto Lehi, II, all from El Reno, OK.


He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
