A Chapel Service for Edythe Mullins, 92, Arapaho resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 6, 2015 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Dean Brookshier. Burial will follow in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Edythe Marie Mullins was born June 23, 1922 to Ben and Rose (Lee) Downey northwest of Arapaho, Oklahoma and passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in the Grace Living Center in Clinton, Oklahoma. Edythe was raised in Custer County and graduated from Arapaho High-School in 1940. She moved to Cheyenne, OK and in 1954 she married Tilmon "Tim" Mullins on March 6, 1954 in Cheyenne. They made their home in Arapaho for the next 60 years. Along with her husband they collected and sold antiques for many years, she enjoyed doing hand work, needle point, quilting and embroidery; she loved to cook and was well known for her lemon pie, spaghetti and meat balls, Lemon cakes, fried okra and she enjoyed gardening and canning. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Lee Edward Downey. She is survived by her husband, Tim, of the home, three daughters, Ramona Lund and husband, Wayne, of Clinton, Ree Corbin and husband, Steve, of Weatherford, Kaye Edwards and husband, Scott, of OKC, OK and two sons, Ronnie Henderson and wife, Jean, of OKC and Ed Henderson and wife, Toni, of Arapaho. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, David Henderson, Arin Henderson and wife Denise, Allen Henderson, Leslie Henderson, Ronda Ita and husband, Greg, Tanner Corbin and wife, Tracy, Brandon Edwards and wife, Cara, Lindsay Selsor and husband, Buddy, and Daysha Brown and husband Greg and nine great-grandchildren Morgan Henderson, Kasadi Henderson, Joseph Henderson, Peyton Selsor, Merit Selsor, Cooper Corbin, Cate Corbin, Walker Edwards and Zach Brown.
