Elnita June Etris passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 71 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Memorial Service for Elnita June Etris will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, in the

Kiesau Memorial Chapel with Pastor Roy Dobbs officiating. Services will be under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin 8:00 AM, till 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

Elnita was born on April 19, 1952, in Clinton, Oklahoma to Elvin McAllister and Hazel (Hawkins) McAllister. She graduated from Burns Flat High School in 1970. She was married to Jacky Etris on August 16, 1973,

in Cordell, Oklahoma. She had several jobs throughout her life. She enjoyed working, but her favorite job was working at First National Bank in Cordell. Elnita enjoyed watching court tv shows and old movies,

shopping and spa treatments. She had a sweet tooth and loved desserts. She also enjoyed writing letters and sending cards to loved ones. She loved animals and spending time with her dogs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Don; nephew, Chad Adams.

Elnita is survived by her son, Jeff Etris and his wife, Jeanie of Edmond, Oklahoma; daughter, Brandy Oaks and her husband, Kevin of Seoul, South Korea; sister, Cheryl Adams and her husband, John of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; nephew, Shawn Adams and his wife, Stephanie of Burns Flat, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her 2 grandchildren, Tyler and Gavin Oaks of Seoul, South Korea and her four-legged partner, Buddy.

The family has suggested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charitable organization of your choice for animal care services.
