A graveside service for Elsie Maxine Boomershine, 71, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2015 in the Arapaho Cemetery officiated by Rev. Charles Murphy ad under the direction of the Kiesau Lee Funeral Home. Elsie Maxine (Stacy) Boomershine was born December 23, 1943 to Charles and Versie Ellen (Fleming) Stacy in Winfield, KS and passed away Friday, July 3, 2015 in the Clinton Regional Hospital in Clinton, OK. Elsie was raised and attended school in Cedar Vale, Kansas. She was married to Jimmy Wayne Boomershine, Sr., November 1, 1963 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and four brothers. She enjoyed painting, woodworking, sewing, crocheting and mowing. She is survived by a daughter Leslie Favela, of Wichita, Kansas, a son, Jimmy Boomershine, Jr., and wife, Loriann, of Clinton, OK; sister Irma Shore, of Burden, KS and a brother, Leroy Stacy, of Sedan, KS. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
