Funeral Services for Garland “Jack” Lee, 84, Clinton resident will be held 11: 00 A.M., Wednesday , November 24, 2021 in the Arapaho Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Tim Stone and a private burial will conclude in the Eakly Cemetery at a later date. The family will greet guests 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 23, 2021 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel Garland Dean “Jack” Lee was born September 6, 1937 to Cecil and Florence Kibby (Kinder) Lee in Lookeba, Oklahoma and passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 in Weatherford, OK. “Jack” was raised in Eakly and California as a youngster. The family settled in the Alfalfa area where he graduated from High school in 1956. He worked in wheat harvest for couple of years before becoming a registered photographer specializing with children. He married Kay Ray on April 3, 1958 in Anadarko, OK along with friends Jim and Wanda Shaw. They made their home in Clinton where he worked for Clinton Sales; Robbie’s Amusements and where he eventually became a partner as well as having an ARA Magazine Route. He also worked for the 66 music as well as becoming owner and operator of the Lee Package Store. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Kay; son, Shawn; brother, S.T. Lee, Leon Lee and Ralph Lee; sister, Hazel Lee and great grandson, Rance. He is a member of the Methodist Church and he enjoyed playing the guitar, photography and hunting. He is survived by three daughters, Garla Wisdom, Hydro, Robin Schimmel, Stillwater, OK and Dionne “Dee” Schwab and husband, Bryan, Calumet, OK; three sisters Darlene “Lois” Ford and husband, Rod, Gage, OK, Doris Lee, Cedar Lake, OK, Sheri Rowe, Rush Springs, OK, and sister in law, (Mrs. Leon) Winnie Lee, Arapaho. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Chris, Matt, Daylond, Drew, Randi, Danny Kaileah, Mikkinzi, Bryce and Tailor and 17 great-grandchildren and his four legged friends, Buddy and Lil’ Bit. The family has suggested those want to give a memorial contribution may do so to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Oklahoma Medical Research for Cancer.
