Gene Welch

Graveside services for Gene Welch, 89 will be 3:00pm Friday, August 25, 2017 at the Clinton Cemetery in Clinton, OK under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Gene was born on August 1, 1928 in Lyons, Kansas to Howard R. and Eva E. (Savage) Welch and passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Gene worked as the Director of HUD and had served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by a son, Rusty (Jenny) Welch; his two grandchildren, Anna Lynn Haney and Gena K. Welch-Brown; two nieces, Tammy Holt and Sue Ann Williams; and a nephew, Greg Anthony.
