Memorial Services for Glen Penner,55, Clinton resident will be held 9:00 A.M., Monday, May 23, 2022, in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor Gilbert Johnson and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Glen Lee Penner was born November 20, 1966, to Jesse Penner and Betty (Swetnam) in Thomas, OK and passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022, in Clinton, OK. Glen was raised and attended school in Jacksboro, TX. He married Shirley Lockyear and they made their home west of Clinton. He has been employed in the oilfield and has most recently worked for Express Energy in Odessa, TX. Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Betty Penner. He is survived by two sisters, Betty Robbins, and Shirley Ware, nieces, Jennifer Lewis, Misty Rodriquez, Rosa Ware and nephews Jesse Ware and Robbie Ware, two great nieces, five great nephews, uncle and aunt, Bob, and Emma Penner and many cousins, one of which he was closest to Steven Penner.
