Hank

Harold "Hank" Joseph Snow, age 87, of Cordell, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at OU Heart Hospital South in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Hank was born October 22, 1935 in Brattleboro, Vermont, a son of Leon and Nettie Marie Snow. He graduated from Brattleboro Union High School with the class of 1954. Afterwards, Hank served in the United States Air Force. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, TX in 1962. He went to work for the government, and became an IRS Agent, large case manager in Dallas, Texas. He married his love, Rebecca Dick on July 28, 1990 in Clinton, Oklahoma. Hank enjoyed Hunting and took a trip back to Vermont every fall, no matter what.

He is survived by his spouse Rebecca Snow of Cordell, OK and three daughters: Janna Melvin of Bells, TX; Katherine Schultz and husband Chris of Dallas, TX; Amy Stanley and husband Jude of Aubrey, TX, his six grandchildren, other extended family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Nettie Snow; two siblings, Raymond Edward Snow, and Arlene Gass, along with numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relative and friends.


Visitation will be Friday, July 28, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church with Pastor Kent Jaggers officiating. A Private Burial will follow at a later date in Union Hatchett Cemetery in Bessie, Oklahoma.
