Funeral Services for Ina Mae Harris, 83, Custer County resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Thursday, December 6, 2012 in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Vann Leonard and Pastor Lloyd Hall and burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Weatherford, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Ina Mae (Jump) Harris was born August 4, 1929 to Simon Peter Jump and Grace Ellen (Mason) Jump in Hydro, Oklahoma and passed away early Sunday, December 2, 2012 in the Mid West City Regional Medical Center in Midwest City, OK. Ina was raised in the Hydro area and received her education at the Cedar Country School. She helped the family on the farm, but later met Carl Harris and they married on her 18th birthday, August 4, 1947 in Weatherford, Ok. They lived in Weatherford most of their married life. She was employed with the Weatherford Nursing Center and it later became Little Bird Nursing Home as a Certified Medication Aide. She also worked as a substitute cook for the Weatherford Public School System. She and Mr. Harris moved to Arapaho in 2001 and he preceded her in death in 2005. She was also preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Connie and Brenda, two grandchildren, Wendy Megan Henderson and Michael Henderson and two brothers, Leon Jump, and Carl Jump; two sisters Mildred Jump and Wilda Cartmill and a son-in-law, Roger Thompson. She was a faithful and active member of the Arapaho First Baptist Church; she enjoyed doing crocheting, square-dancing, fishing and camping, but her passion was spending time with her family. She is survived by a son, Gerald “Cat” Harris and wife, Patricia, Hydro, two daughters, Patricia Thompson, and Donna Holt and husband, Russell, all of Clinton; sister, Betty Kitchens, of Skedee, OK; brothers, Kenneth Jump and wife, Glenda, Enid, Elton Fry and wife, Irene, Edward “A” Fry and wife, Virginia, and Edwin “B” Fry, all of Hydro. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. The family will greet guest at the funeral home, 5:00 P.M., till 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 5, 2012.
