Irene Barker Ramsey

Funeral Services for Irene Barker Ramsey, 48, Clinton resident will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 25, 2013 in the Bethany Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Billy Mucker and burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau Lee Funeral Home. Irene Ray (Barker) Ramsey was born June 12, 1965 to Elmer and Verdell (Ware) Barker in Clinton, Oklahoma and passed away Thursday, October 17, 2013 in the Integris Clinton Regional Hospital in Clinton, Oklahoma. Irene was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High School in 1985. She was married to Dwayne Ramsey. She has been employed in the Clinton Veterans Center for over 22 years. She was a Heron of Jericho for the Masonic Lodge, she was an avid sportsman; she loved to play softball and; she all out Dallas Cowboy Fan. She was preceded in death by her daddy, Elmer Barker, a grandson, Skylar Sadler. She is survived by two daughters, Nicole Barker and Jonte Barker and three sons, Dwayne Barker, Donte Barker and DeVonte Barker, her mother, Verdell Barker, three sisters, Valerie Lambert, Phoenix, AZ, Arzella Harris, Valerie Barker both of Clinton, OK. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Jaden Garrett, Jayla Brown and Zayah Barker and numerous nieces and nephews.
