A Graveside Memorial Services for Jackie Lynn Carter, 41, Clinton resident will be held 10:00 A. M. Friday, May 20, 2016 in the Clinton Cemetery Pavilion, officiated by Rev. Bobby Stewart. Arrangements are under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Jackie Lynn Carter was born April 18, 1975 in Kermit, TX and passed away, Thursday, May 12, 2016 in the Alliance Health Clinton Emergency Room. She was raised in Kermit, TX and Merit, OK, graduating from Merit High School in 1993. She worked for Braum's in Elk City before she joined the U.S. Navy on April 1, 1997 and was honorably discharged on February 16, 2000. She was married to Mark Wade Carter on August 18, 2012 in Woodward, OK. They made their home in Clinton about a year ago. She was preceded in death by her father, James Key Biles, and four brothers, Todd Biles, James K. Biles, Jr., Eddie Joe Biles and Darrell Catlin. She enjoyed doing craft work, crochet and she enjoyed being a care giver to all. She is survived by her husband, Mark, of the home, her parents, Carol and Avey Rico, Clinton, four children, Misty Price, Electra, TX, Jason Farrell, Virginia, Jasmine Farrell, Virginia, Elizabeth Farrell, Virginia and six sisters, Cathy Knight, Clinton, Diana Marion, Texas, Tana Ensley, Texas, Dora Hays, Altus, Darlene De-La-O, Altus, Alice Tautenhaha, Norman, OK and three brothers, Delbert Shropshire, Mustang, OK, Al Rico, Norman, Pat Rico of California. She is also survived by two sisters in law, Tamara Crotts and husband, John, Cheryl Fussel and husband Alan, Stillwater, OK; numerous aunts, uncles cousins, nephews and nieces.
