Funeral Services for Jamie Atkinson, 36, former Clinton resident will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, January 13, 2020 in the Bethany Baptist Church, officiated by Pastor Adrian Carr and Pastor Billy Mucker. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home. Jamie Reshelle Atkinson was born January 16, 1983 to James Atkinson and Glenda Sue (Hester) Atkinson and passed away Monday January 6, 2020 near Henrietta, OK as the result of a car accident. Jamie was raised in Clinton and graduated from Clinton High school in 2001 and continued her education at Oklahoma Southwestern State University and graduated with her allied health degree in 2005; she followed up and graduated in 2008 with her Radiology Degree. Following college graduation she moved to OKC, OK and worked for McBride Hospital for five years and most recently she was employed with Baptist Hospital and Mercy Hospital in OKC. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church; she enjoyed watching television, and watching most sporting events. She is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by five sisters, Carla Bell, Houston, TX, Camille, Phillips, Clinton, Sherri Price, Burns flat, OK, Andrea Atkinson, Tulsa and Regina Atkinson, of Minnesota; three brothers, Charles Bell, Clinton, Keith Atkinson, Mesquite, TX and James Atkinson, Elk City, OK.
