Jarona Jean Dawson

A memorial service for Jarona Jean Dawson, 54, of Hobart, is set for 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Ray and Martha's Funeral Chapel in Hobart, with Joe Jackson officiating. Jarona was born July 31, 1964 in Oklahoma City, to John Ed and Janette (Mowery) Lee, and passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019 in Oklahoma City. Jarona was raised in Hobart and attended Hobart High School. She was a member of the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. She loved spending precious time with her grandson Brayden. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by Tommy Dawson of Hobart, her daughter Melanie Ellis of Long Wolf, a son J.R. Meza and his wife Courtney of Kemper, Texas, a sister Janelle Lee of Yukon, a brother John Lee of Hobart, a grandson Brayden Norris of Long Wolf and 6 other grandkids.
